Snake-head Fish
Monk Fruit

Dried Tangerine Peel
Pork Shank

Steps
1.
Add snake-head fish in Health Cooker and cook for two minutes on each side.
2.
Cut monk fruit in half. Blanch pork shank.
3.
Put all ingredients in Health Cooker and select "Slow Stew" function. Cook for 5 to 2 hours.
