If plug in the supply, the inside battery would be charged automatically. The indicator light (green light) was flashing for charging and 4 LED indicator turning to be on for full charging.

How do I convert the 360° Multi-Oscillation Fan from table-top style to floor-standing style? 
It is rather simple. You only need a Philips head screwdriver. Follow the 3 steps below:
(Table-top => Floor-standing)
- 1. Carefully turn the unit upside down. Loosen the L shaped locking screw. Insert the pedestal tube into the base plate.
- 2. Tighten the L-screw manually to secure the tube with the base plate.
- 3. Attach switchbox body to pedestal tube. Connect them with locking screw.
(Floor-standing => Table-top)
- 1. Unscrew the locking screw to detach switchbox with pedestal tube.
- 2. Carefully turn the base plate upside down. Loosen the L-screw to remove the pedestal tube.
- 3. Insert the switchbox body directly to the hole of base plate. Secure them with L-screw finally.
Remark: The elderly, children and persons who are lack of physical strength are not suggested to transform the fan themselves.

Why my fan suddenly works when using remote control of other electrical appliance?

"E2" is shown on the LED display, what does it mean?
E2 is an error code for over-voltage problem. It may be caused by a filter accumulated with dust, thus obstructing the ventilating function. The motor will then need more electricity to operate, causing this error. It is recommended to replace the filter and then restart the product after 5 to 10 minutes. If this code still appears after restarting, please bring the product to the customer service center for inspection and repair.

E9 is an error code meaning there is a problem with the temperature sensor probe. It may be related to high humidity in the environment. It is recommended to take out the filter and place it in a ventilated position to dry it, and then restart the product after 5 to 10 minutes. If this code still appears after restarting, please bring the product to the customer service center for inspection and repair.

What are the precautions of the wall-mounted installation of this product?
The product must be installed with the specific wall hook plate that comes with the product.
Leave at least 400mm space between the hook and the ceiling.
Leave at least 400mm space between the hook and the adjacent wall.
The wall on which the product is to be installed must be at least 10mm thick. If the wall is not sturdy enough, the product may fall off.
DO NOT install on plasterboard wall.
