How often and how shall I clean my Slow Cook Circulator?
Rinse with water after use and let dry. If used frequently, descaling can be carried out once a month. Place the Slow Cook Circulator into a container. Pour in water up to the maximum level. Set the temperature to 70°C and add 5g of food grade citric acid powder or lemon slices into every litre of water. Boil for 20 minutes. After that, rinse the heating part of the Slow Cook Circulator with cold water. Let it dry.

How shall I store my sous vide food?
Place the vacuum bag with the food inside into ice water immediately to lower the temperature. Then, put the bag into the fridge to reduce bacterial growth.

Why does the Slow Cook Circulator fail to operate, with the error code E06?
It is because water has accidentally entered the interior of the appliance during operation. When the sensor detects the presence of water vapour, water or moist inside the appliance, the appliance will stop operating. Switch off the applaince and put it in a dry and ventilated place for 48 hours before continuing to use it.

Why has the Slow Cook Circulator not started timing after the desired temperature is reached?
When the desired water temperature is reached, a beeping sound will be set off. Press and hold the "Set" button to switch off the sound and start timing.

I have already pressed the power button. Why is the screen not lighting up?
Please make sure the appliance is plugged in correctly. Press and hold the power button for at least 3 seconds to light up the screen and bring the appliance to its standby mode.

Usage
The alarm goes off during operation. The error code "E05" is displayed on the screen and the appliance shuts down afterwards. Why?
It is because the water level has dropped below the minimum level required as water evaporates. Simply switch off the appliance, add appropriate amount of water until it exceeds the mimimum water level and restart the appliance.

What is the difference between “Set Time” and “Work Time” shown on the screen of Sous Vide Circulator? How can I adjust them? 
“Set Time” is the cooking time you can preset by scrolling the scroll wheel up and down. It’s user’s desired cooking time. Whereas “Work Time” indicates the actual operating time which is to keep track of the cooking progress. This cannot be adjusted by user.
When “Work Time” reaches “Set Time”, the Sous Vide Circulator will beep to remind user that the cooking is done. Please be aware that the Circulator does not automatically stop even when “Work Time” passes “Set Time”. User can remove the food from the water, then press and hold the “SET” button to stop the beeping as well as the operation.

Usage
The operation of Sous Vide Circulator has started and water is beginning to heat up. Why does “Work Time” remain at “00:00” and isn’t counting?
It is normal that “Work Time” does not start counting until the water temperature reaches the set temperature.
When the water is heated up to the desired temperature, a beeping sound will be heard. User can insert the food into the water and press down the “SET” button to start cooking. “Work Time” will then start to count from this point onwards.

How much water shall I put into the container when using the Slow Cook Circulator?
The mininum and maximum water level is indicated on the Slow Cook Circulator. The amount of water added has to fall between the minimum and maximum water level, or else the operation of the machine will be affected.

Usage
The SOUS VIDE PRO circulator fails to connect with the mobile app. What should I do? 
Please reset the connection. To do so, open the Sous Vide app, select Settings, then Unpair Device, and pair your device with the circulator again following the steps in the video.
If not succeeded, on the SOUS VIDE PRO circulator, please tap and hold the SET button for 15 seconds. The circulator will be factory reset after the beep beep beep alert. Please power on the circulator and try pairing with your device again.

Usage
I want to use the SOUS VIDE PRO circulator with another device. What should I do?
Please first unpair the circulator with the orginial device, by opening the Sous Vide app, select Settings and then Unpair Device.
Then, connect the circulator with another device following the steps in the video, and login your existing account to the Sous Vide app.
