How is the MIF-255 Electric Milk Frother better with induction heating?
Warm milk froth and hot milk resulted from induction heating go spectacularly well with the delicate taste and consistency of your coffee.
Induction heating is also known as electromagnetic heating. When a current passes the coil in the Electric Milk Frother, the magnetic field is alternated. Heat is generated in the metal jug, and then transferred to the liquid inside. The process is very efficient, while the heat produced is even.

Is there anything I have to pay attention to when using the Electric Milk Frother?
Different types of milk, for example, UHT milk, semi-skimmed milk and whole milk, produce different frothing results. Adjust the amount of milk used accordingly. For instance, UHT milk forms more froth than other types of milk. To achieve the best frothing result, semi-skimmed milk is recommended.
Do not put other ingredients (e.g. coffee and sugar) into the jug or the excess sugar may lead to overheating. You may put these ingredients into a cup and pour in hot milk afterwards.

There is some burnt milk froth inside the jug. How to avoid?
After you have poured the milk froth, please clean the residue in the jug as soon as possible.
Milk froth is sticky to the inside of the jug, leaving a foamy layer. Consequently, the heat will only burn the layer of residue, instead of warming the beverage properly. Please clean the jug each time you have made a jug of froth to avoid the foamy layer building up.

It is a basket for melting. The holder with magnetic whisk will not produce any froth from milk when the basket is attached. You need it when you want to simply warm up milk or make instant hot beverages.
