Portable air conditioner has run smoothly for some time but suddenly stopped working. What should I do?
When the ambient or indoor humidity level is high, condensation inside the unit cannot evaporate fast enough; when the condensation overfills, the unit will automatically stop. After the condensation is drained out, the portable air conditioner can be restarted.
Manual draining through the Condensation Drain Port: 1) Turn off and unplug the unit. 2) Place container under the Drain Port. 3) Unplug the Drain Port to let water run out. User can gently tilt the unit backwards to speed up drainage.
When using Dehumidifying or Air Conditioning functions in humid environment/season, please plug the Drainage Hose into the Continuous Drainage Outlet located at the back centre of the Portable Air Conditioner to skip frequent manual drainage: 1) Unplug the Continuous Drainage Outlet. 2) Plug the complimentary 16 mm Drainage Hose into the Drainage Outlet. 3) Let the hose drain into a bucket or directly into the floor drain.
When using continuous drainage method, please avoid bending the drain hose and position the drain hose so that water can naturally flow downward.

What are the purposes of the 2 drainage outlets on the back of the Portable Air Conditioner? How and when do I use them?
The upper outlet, called “Continuous Drainage Outlet”, is for draining off excess condensation water with a drain hose (supplied) when the unit is performing dehumidifying, cooling or heating functions. The lower one, named "Condensation Drain Port", is for releasing residual water so that the water tank can be emptied before the unit is put away in storage or transported.

How can the exhaust pipe be led to outdoors?
If your window is a vertical/horizontal sliding window, insert the complimentary window seal plate in window gap, then install the exhaust pipe through the plate. If your window is a casement window, prepare an acrylic board or wooden board (purchased separately) and cut out a circle which fits the circumference of the exhaust pipe. Seal the window with the board and then insert the pipe into the hole and fix it with glass glue or adhesives.

How can the exhaust pipe be led to outdoors?
If your window is a vertical/horizontal sliding window, insert the complimentary window seal plate in window gap, then install the exhaust pipe through the plate. If your window is a casement window, then use the complimentary air vent flap: Prepare an acrylic board or wooden board (purchased separately) and cut out a circle which fits the outer circumference of the air vent flap. Fit the air vent flap into the hole then seal the window with the board. Lastly insert the pipe into the air vent flap. When the unit is not in use or moved to another room, the air vent flap can be closed to shut out heat and dust.
