German Pool’s “Restaurant & Bar Exhibition”, A Smashing Success
The "Hong Kong Restaurant & Bar Exhibition" held from September 4th to September 6th ended successfully. The event invited professionals from the catering industry from all over the world. German Pool set up a booth to showcase and demonstrate the latest kitchen products, the new Professional Series induction cooker and Slim Line built-in kitchen appliance series. German Pool is committed to providing more commercial stoves tops to meet the needs of Chinese and Western kitchens for the industry, bringing different experiences to the chefs and satisfying the various businesses needs of different types of catering companies. The booths were crowded and the products were highly praised.

The 11th "Young Talents Escoffier" was held at the "Hong Kong Restaurant & Bar Exhibition". The cooking appliances used for the event were fully sponsored by German Pool. The nine participants are culinary stars from different countries and regions in Asia. After a series of intense competition, Singapore’s representative, Neo Jun Hao won the Asian regional championship. The runner-up and second runner-up was Vietnamese representative Vu Xuan Truong and Macau representative Yu Jie Tao. The winner will compete in the global finals in Bordeaux, France, in March next year to compete for the global championship.
