First‐time delivery service is free of charge for orders of HK$4,000 or more. For orders under HK$4,000, a delivery fee of HK$500/order will be charged (maximum 6 items; additional HK$100 per item thereafter); 2. No delivery costs will be incurred if the goods are picked up from one of our designated locations; 3. Minimum charge for on‐site installation is HK$500 per order; 4. Trash removal service will be charged separately, if needed; 5. Arrival time is approximately 15 working days; 6. All goods should be delivered to the customer within 30 days after completion; 7. All goods would be delivered to the living area of the delivery address; 8. Before placing an order, the customer should ensure the goods would fit in the delivery address and comply with all restrictions in the building. We shall not be liable for installation failure due to restraint of any kind at the delivery address; 9. Upon the time of purchase, customer should indicate whether the goods would arrive at delivery address assembled or not; 10. Should we be required to dissemble and re‐assemble the goods at the delivery address due to building restrictions, an additional service charge (30% of product price) will apply; 11. For any building without a lift or only accessible by stairs, an additional delivery fee of HK$80/floor per item will be charged (every 8 steps are counted as one floor); 12. A surcharge of HK$400 is required for any address in Tung Chung or Ma Wan. Charges for outlying islands or remote region are to be quoted separately; 13. No refund of delivery fee on delivery failure due to an unattended delivery address upon the arrival of goods. Should delivery be rescheduled in such circumstance, additional delivery fee will be charged; 14. Upon the receipt of goods, the customer should check their condition and quantity. Once a receipt document is signed, German Pool shall no longer be held liable for the goods; 15. During delivery and installation, the customer should take good care of and protect the furniture, flooring, ceiling, walls, decoration and other belongings at the delivery address. We are not responsible or liable for any damage or loss; 16. German Pool reserves the final right to interpret the terms and conditions herein; 17. In the event of conflict between the English and Chinese versions, the Chinese version shall prevail.

14-Day Delivery Guaranteed

If we miss, we'll make it up to you with cash*

We promise to deliver your made-to-order kitchen cabinet and/or furniture within 14 working days after signing*. For each day of delay, we will pay you back in cash.

* The "14-day guarantee" does not include Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.(Refer to terms & conditions for details)

14-Day Delivery Guarantee Terms and Conditions:

As soon as the Customer signs off the drawing of kitchen cabinet and/or furniture, there will be a review and approval stage. Delivery shall be made within 14 working days, starting from the following working day after the final draft is reviewed and approved.
  1. After the Customer signs off the drawing of kitchen cabinet and/or furniture, a 3-working-day approval will proceed. The 14-Day Delivery Guarantee starts on the working day after the final draft of drawing is approved. If there is any change of design or material after the drawing is signed off, the Customer will need to re-sign the new drawing, and the 14-Day Guarantee shall begin on the working day after the modified final draft of drawing is approved.
  2. Should German Pool fail to deliver the product as committed, for each delayed working day, German Pool will compensate the Customer by 1% of the amount on invoice. The highest compensation amount is HKD$5,000 or 10% of the invoice amount (whichever lower).
  3. 14-Day Delivery Guarantee does not apply to mattresses, sofas, Scandinavian Collection, building stones, specially ordered materials, and products that are not under the German Pool brand.
  4. 14-Day Delivery Guarantee is only applicable to the first scheduled delivery. For reasons outside of the Customer’s and German Pool’s control (including and not limited to the Customer requesting a later delivery date, the Customer cannot receive the product on delivery date set by German Pool, the Hong Kong Observatory hoists no. 8 or above Typhoon Signal or Black Rainstorm Warning Signal on delivery day) that cause German Pool unable to fulfil the delivery guarantee, the delivery guarantee shall not apply.
  5. If the delivery of product is prevented by reason of force majeure (which shall include fire, casualty, accident, act of God, natural disaster, any law, order, declaration, regulation, demand or requirement of the Government of Hong Kong or of any of its government agencies, strikes, labour disputes, shortage of labour or lack of skilled labour, shortage or unavailability of products or raw materials, delay in transit or other causes whatsoever beyond the reasonable control of German Pool), German Pool shall be excused from such delay of delivery to the extent of such prevention, and German Pool shall have no liability whatsoever towards the Customer.
  6. “Working days” refer to Mondays through Fridays only, excluding public holidays.
  7. German Pool reserves the right to cancel or modify any of the above terms and conditions without prior notice to the Customer.
  8. German Pool reserves the final right to interpret the terms and conditions herein.
  9. In the event of conflict between the English and Chinese versions, the Chinese version shall prevail.

Terms & Conditions for Tatami

  1. All dimensions are in millimetres (mm). For orders with customized dimensions, the customer should provide measurements in mm (numbers in any other unit are not accepted).
  2. Delivery service is HK$250/time (maximum 6 items each time; additional HK$100 per item thereafter). For orders totaling HK$3,000 or more, first‐time delivery will be waived.
  3. No delivery costs will be incurred if the goods are picked up from one of our designated locations.
  4. Minimum charge for on‐site installation is HK$500 per order.
  5. Trash removal service, if needed, will be charged separately (minimum HK$800).
  6. All goods would be delivered to the living area of the delivery address.
  7. All goods should be delivered to the customer within 30 days after completion.
  8. All goods should be delivered to the customer within 3 working days after arrival in Hong Kong. An additional storage fee (5% of total amount x number of days) will be charged from the 4th day onwards. Goods shall be stored for a maximum period of 30 days, after which the entire order will be forfeited without further notice. No refund of deposit would be granted in such case.
  9. Before placing an order, the customer should ensure the goods would fit in the delivery address and comply with all restrictions in the building. We shall not be liable for installation failure due to restraint of any kind at the delivery address.

  1. Upon the time of purchase, customer should indicate whether the goods would arrive at delivery address assembled or not.
  2. Should we be required to dissemble and re‐assemble the goods at the delivery address due to building restrictions, an additional service charge (30% of product price) will apply.
  3. For any building with main entrance not accessible by our delivery truck (5.5 ton or above), an additional fee will be charged on hand truck delivery: First 70 m waived. After that, (flat) HK$400 per 70 m or (slope) HK$900 per 70 m. Charges for special circumstances are to be quoted separately.
  4. For any building without a lift or only accessible by stairs, an additional delivery fee of HK$80/floor per item will be charged (HK$150/floor per item for TCombo Series). Every 8 steps would be considered one floor.
  5. A surcharge of HK$400 is required for any address in Tung Chung or Ma Wan. Charges for outlying islands or remote region are to be quoted separately.
  6. No refund of delivery fee will be granted if a delivery failure is the result of an unattended delivery address upon the arrival of goods. Should delivery be rescheduled in such circumstance, additional delivery fee will be charged.
  7. Upon the receipt of goods, the customer should check their condition and quantity. Once a receipt document is signed, German Pool shall no longer be held liable for the goods.
  8. During delivery and installation, the customer should take good care of and protect the furniture, flooring, ceiling, walls, decoration and other belongings at the delivery address. We are not responsible or liable for any damage or loss.
  9. When wall installation is required, we will not be responsible for any damages to the plumbing pipes, electrical wires and/or gas pipes in the wall caused by wall drilling.
  10. All spending-based offers and waivers are subject to the final total amount after dis-count(s).
  11. German Pool reserves the final right to interpret the terms and conditions herein.
  12. In the event of conflict between the English and Chinese versions, the Chinese version shall prevail.
