Pork and Cabbage Dumplings

Ingredients:
All purpose flour
water
oil
ground pork
cabbage (diced)
carrot (diced)
egg
Steps:
1.
Add ingredients into Food Processor (PHD), including flour, water, and olive oil. Select “Dough” function.
2.
Roll dough into a long sausage and divide into small balls. Press into disc shape with a rolling pin.
3.
Mix all filling ingredients together with egg white and seasonings.
4.
Place a spoonful of filling in the center of wrapper. Fold and pinch the edge together.
5.
Put dumplings into boiling water and cook until dumplings are floating, or pan-fry in a pan.
