Sweet potatoes cut into pieces after washing and peeling. Ginger rinsed and pressed.

Bring water (1400 cc) to a boil with Slow Cooker at high speed; add sweet potatoes and ginger. Then switch Slow Cooker to low speed.
3.
Add sugar and salt; boil until sugar completely melts down.
