Stewed Sea Cucumber with Chinese Leeks and Roasted Pork Belly

Ingredients:
Chinese Leeks
Roasted Pork Belly
Sea Cucumber
Spring Onions
Ginger
Seasoning:
Shaoxing Wine
Salt
Sugar
Steps:
1.
Blanch the sea cucumber with ginger and spring onions.

Put the roasted pork belly, spring onions and ginger into the Auto Power Switch Multifunctional Health Cooker. Saute with the "Stir Fry" function. Toss in the sea cucumber and stir until fully cooked.

Lastly, add Chinese leeks and seasonings. Stir well.
