Ingredients:
Chicken Thighs
Red Dates
Chinese Mushrooms
Lotus Leaves
Carrots
Chinese Celeries
Spring Onions
Marinade:
Light Soy Sauce
Sugar
Corn Starch
Steps:
1.
Marinate chicken and mix with other ingredients. Rinse and soak Chinese mushrooms.
