Bean Threads & Vegetables Sauteed with Assorted Fungus

Ingredients:
Yellow fungus
Black fungus
Chinese mushrooms
Bean threads
Baby cabbages
Ginger
Dried spring onions
Garlic
Seasonings:
Shaoxing wine
Light soy sauce
Oyster sauce
Salt
Pepper
Steps:
1.
Rinse yellow and black fungus as well as baby cabbages. Cut the fungi into small pieces. Soak Chinese mushrooms and bean threads.
2.
Sautè the ginger, shallot and garlic in the Auto Power Switch Health Cooker.
3.
Add mushrooms, fungi, bean threads and baby cabbages. Fry until fully cooked.
4.
Combine the seasonings and mix in with the vegetables. Done.
