Steamed Fish Head with Pickled Olives

Ingredients:
Pickled olive
Olive vegetables
Fish head
Shredded ginger
Dried shallots
Garlic
Steps:
1.
Rinse fish head and cut into pieces. Chop dried shallots and garlic.
2.
Mix pickled olive, olive vegetables, shredded ginger, shallots and garlic. Apply the mixture onto the fish.
3.
Put water into the Auto Power Switch Multifunctional Health Cooker and steam for 10-12 minutes.
