Rainbow Skewers

Ingredients:
Steak150 g
Carrots200 g
Cucumber130 g
Eggs2 pcs
Marinade:
Soy Sauce 2 tsp
Sugar1/2 tsp
Pepper1/5 tsp
Sesame Oil1 tsp
Mashed Garlic2 tsp
Turnip200 g
Large Chinese Mushrooms3 pcs
Pine Nuts20 g
Seasonings:
Salt1/2 tsp
Sesame Oil2 tsp
Steps:

Cut the steak into strips and marinate for 30 mins. Cut all vegetables into stripes, mix with the seasonings and set aside for 5 mins.

Mix the eggs with 1/5 teaspoons of salt. Fry the eggs in the Auto Power Switch Multifunctional Health Cooker using the "Pan Fry" function so that a pie shape is formed. Cut into stripes.
3.
Skewer the ingredients. Place the skewers onto the Korean Barbeque Grill, select medium-high heat and grill until both sides turn golden yellow. Then, select medium heat and grill the skewers until fully cooked. Sprinkle pine nuts on top. Serve.
