Steamed Ground Pork with Water Chestnuts

Ingredients:
Lean Pork (Diced)125 g
Fatty Pork (Chopped)20 g
Water Chestnuts (Peeled and chopped)6 pcs
Chinese Mushrooms (Diced) (Optional)2 pcs
Scallion (Chopped)To Taste
Light Soy SauceTo Taste
Seasonings:
Salt1/2 tsp
Sugar1/2 tsp
Oyster Sauce1 tbsp
Water4 tbsp
Sesame OilTo Taste
PepperTo Taste
Corn StarchTo Taste
Steps:
1.
Chop the lean pork finely for 5 to 10 minutes until slightly sticky.
2.
Place the minced pork in the centre of your palm and throw into a bowl. Repeat 10 times.
3.
Mix in chopped fatty pork, water chestnuts, Chinese mushrooms and seasonings.
4.
Put the minced pork into the Steam Oven. Steam at 115°C for 15 minutes.
5.
Sprinkle scallions. Serve with light soy sauce.
