Spongy Cheese Cake

Ingredients:
Cream Cheese200 g
Whipping Cream150 ml
Eggs2 pcs
Sugar60 g
Condensed Milk10 g
Cake Flour30 g
Baking Powder1/2 tsp
Vanilla Oil1/2 tsp
Icing SugarTo Taste
Steps:
1.
Whisk whipping cream, eggs, sugar and condensed milk together in a large bowl.
2.
Fold in cream cheese and vanilla oil until fully mixed.
3.
Sift flour and baking powder and gently fold in with a spatula.
4.
Pour the mixture into a cake mould. Cover it with tin foil. Place into the Steam Oven and select the Top Hot Wind & Steam mode. Bake for 15 minutes.
5.
Remove the foil and bake for another 20-25 minutes. Let cool. Sprinkle icing sugar on top.
