Green Apple Salad with Dried Fruit

Ingredients:
Cabbage
Green Apples1 pc
Mixed Dried Fruit
Pine Nuts
Mixed Salad Greens
Red Cabbage
Cherry Tomatoes
Japanese Sesame Sauce
Lemon
Black Olive
Steps:
1.
Cut the green apples into thin stripes. Soak them into saline water.
2.
Shred the cabbage and red cabbage. Dice the mixed dried fruit.
3.
Zest the lemon.
4.
Juice half of the lemon. Mix the lemon juice with Japanese sesame sauce using the 6-in-1 Hand Blender.
5.
Mix all ingredients together. Serve.
