Stir Fried Diced Pork with Wax Apples

Ingredients:
Wax Apples
Pork Collar Butt
Preserved Turnip
Sweet Corns
Celery
Pine Nuts
Fresh Lilies
Red Chili Peppers/Facing Heaven Pepper
Coriander
Steps:
1.
Remove the top of the wax apples as well as part of the pulp.
2.
Mince the pork collar butt with the 6-in-1 Hand Blender.
3.
Dice the preserved turnip, celery, fresh lilies and red chili peppers/facing heaven peppers.
4.
Stir fry all ingredients (except the wax apples) in the Auto Power Switch Multifunctional Health Cooker until fully cooked. Then, toss in pine nuts.
5.
Stuff the wax apples with the assorted diced pork. Lastly, place the coriander on top.
