Remove the top of the wax apples as well as part of the pulp.

Dice the pork collar butt, preserved turnip, celery, fresh lilies and red chili peppers/facing heaven peppers.

Stir fry all ingredients (except the wax apples) in the Smart Stir Fryer using the "Stir Fry" mode with its lid closed until fully cooked. Then, toss in pine nuts.

Stuff the wax apples with the assorted diced pork. Lastly, place the coriander on top.
