Sweet Lotus Seed Soup with Herba Taxilli

Water

Steps:
1.
Place the eggs in the Egg Steamer. Pour in the measured water. Cover the lid and press the power button.
2.
Allow the eggs to cool. Remove the egg shells and set aside.
3.
Remove the pits of south dates and the cores of lotus seeds, then set aside.
4.
Add 6 bowls of water to pot. Put in herba taxilli, lotus seeds, longan and south dates. Boil for half an hour in gentle heat.
5.
Add appropriate amount of brown sugar, wolfberry and cooked eggs. Cook for 10 to 15 minutes.
