Pork Slices with Cucumber Salad

Ingredients:
Cucumber
Thin Pork Slices
Lemon
Sesame Seeds
Mint Leaves
Corn Starch
Egg White
Seasonings:
Sesame Sauce
Peanut Butter
Salt
Pepper
Shaoxing Wine
Steps:
1.
Juice the lemon. Set the lemon juice aside.
2.
Mix the lemon juice, peanut butter and sesame sauce together using the 6-in-1 Hand Blender.
3.
Bring water to a boil in the Auto Power Switch Multifunctional Health Cooker. Put in some salt, pepper and Shaoxing wine.
4.
Mix the thin pork slices with corn starch and egg white. Then, place them into the Cooker. When the pork slices are fully cook, take them out and mix with the sauce in (2).
5.
Cut the cucumber into stripes and put them onto a plate. Put the pork slices on top and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Serve.
