Seaweed Rolls with Chinese Long Beans

Ingredients:
Seaweed
Chinese Long Beans
Carrots
Vegetarian Meat Floss
Seasonings:
Japanese Kewpie Mayonnaise
Steps:
1.
Section the Chinese long beans. Cut the carrots into strips.
2.
Blanch the Chinese long beans and carrots in the Auto Power Switch Multifunctional Health Cooker until tender.
3.
Rinse with iced water and absorb excessive moisture with kitchen towels.
4.
Lay the bamboo sushi roller flat on the table and place the seaweed on it. Top the seaweed with Chinese long beans, carrots, vegetarian meat floss and mayonnaise.
5.
Roll the sushi roller to form a seaweed roll. Cut into pieces. Serve.
