Home-Style Steamed Chicken

Whole Chicken1pc
Ginger SlicesTo taste
ScallionsTo taste
Seasonings:
Lesser Galangal PowderTo taste
Steps:
1.
Combine the remaining sand ginger powder, salt and sesame oil with water and heat up in a saucepan to make a sauce. Set aside.
2.
Put the marinated chicken leg on the Steamer Insert. Place into the Bento Steam Cooker . Cover the lid and start cooking for 15mins.
3.
When finished, let it sit inside the cooker for another 5 minutes.
4.
Serve hot with the sauce.
