Slice the unagi into strips. Shred the kelp. Cut the cucumber into thick slices.

Select the [Stir-Fry] mode on the Automatic IH Stir Fryer. Set the temperature to level 7 and time to 5 minutes. Press [Start].

Heat up the oil. Put in and saute all ingredients for the Unagi Fried Rice.

When there is 1 minute left, put in all seasonings. Stir fry until fully cooked. Place the fried rice onto a plate. Sprinkle bonito flakes on top and serve.

Put all ingredients for Pickled Cucumber into a vacuum zipper bag. Vacuum seal with the Electric Handheld Vacuum Sealer. Let it sit in room temperature for 2-3 days. Serve.
