Sticky Rice Wrapped in Lotus Leaf

Ingredients:
Glutinous Rice250 g
Chicken Thigh (Chopped)1 pc
Chinese Mushrooms4 pc
Chinese Sausages (sliced)4 pc
Lotus Seeds8 pc
Salted Egg Yolk1 pc
Lotus Leaf (scalded)1 pc
Seasonings:
Oyster Sauce1 tsp
Light Soy Sauce1 tsp
Sugar1½ tsp
Sesame OilTo Taste
PepperTo Taste
Chicken Stock150 ml
Corn StarchTo Taste
Steps:

Put the glutinous rice inside a bowl, then put it onto the Steam Rack of Steam Hotpot Cooker. Cover the lid. Steam at level 6 for 15 minutes.

Sauté the rest of the ingredients with the seasonings (except corn starch). Pour in a corn starch slurry to thicken the fillings.

Spread the cooked glutinous rice and fillings over the lotus leaf. Wrap tightly.
4.
Put onto the Steam Rack of Steam Hotpot Cooker. Insert the Steamer Ring. Cover the lid. Steam again at level 6 for 10 minutes. Serve hot.
Tips:
While cooking the porridge, insert the Steam Rack and Steam seafood at the same time to make the porridge more flavorful.
