Cabbage with mullet

Ingredients:
Mullet
Onion
Tomato
Cabbage
Lemon(Juice)
Lime(Juice)
Shaoxing Wine
Fish Sauce
Bay Leaf
Red Pepper
chilli padi
Water
Steps:
1.
Put the tomatoes and onions into a measuring cup and use the German Pool Cordless 3-in-1 Hand Blender to blend them into juice.
2.
Cut the mullet into pieces and set aside.
3.
After the water boils, add bay leaves and tomato and onion juice, bring to a boil, add an appropriate amount of salt, Shaoxing wine, fish sauce, lemon juice, lime juice, then add cabbage, red pepper and crushed chilli padi and bring to a boil. After finally adding the mullet, turn down the heat and simmer until the mullet is cooked.
