Pan Fried Halibut

Ingredient:
Halibut2pc
SaltTo taste
Ground black pepperTo taste
Lemon JuiceTo taste
Olive oilTo taste
ButterTo taste
Steps:
1.
Defrost the halibut.
2.
Season the halibut with salt and cover it with corn starch.
3.
Add oil to the pan and fried the halibut at 240°C for 5 minutes.
4.
Fried onion with olive oil and butter with another pan. After that season it with black pepper.
5.
Serve the halibut with the sauce.
