Grilled Beef

Ingredients:
Steak280g (thinly sliced at an angle against the grain)
Seasame seeds1/2 tbsp (roasted)
Marinade:
Soy sauce1 tbsp
Sugar1 tsp
White pepper poweder1/5 tsp
Grated garlic2 tsp
Grated apple1 tbsp
Korean fine chilli powder1 tsp
Seasame oil1 tbsp
Steps:

Marinate beef for at least 1 hr.

Set the Korean Barbecue Grill to medium heat and grill the beef according to preferred doneness. Remove from grill and sprinkle with seasame seeds. Done.
Tips:
Pear juice can also be used instead of grated apple juice to marinate the beef, which could make the texture of the beef finer and tastier. To have a better effect, marinate for at least half a day.
