Egg Salad Tortilla Cups with Sliced Avocado

Ingredients:
Tortilla6 pc

Steps:
1.
Slice avocados and set aside.
2.
Cut Tortilla into small pieces using flower-shaped cookie cutters. Tuck each piece of Tortilla into a muffin tin and bake at 170°C for 10 min using Steam & Grill Microwave Oven till each piece of Tortilla is slightly hardened, forming the shape of a cup.
3.
Steam eggs into hard-boiled eggs using Express Egg Cooker. Remove shells and dice finely.
4.
Add mayonnaise, ground black pepper and salt into egg mixture to make egg salad.
5.
Scoop some egg salad into Tortilla cups and layer avocado slices on top.
6.
Decorate by sprinkling paprika on top. Done.
