Terms & Conditions for Bathroom Cabinet

  1. Site survey fee is HK$250 (non-refundable).
  2. If customer’s own sink is to be installed (above-counter style only), proper measurements must be provided by the customer. (Note: Below-counter sinks are not accepted).
  3. A sketch of the cut-out position and measurements for the sink and water tap will be provided by German Pool. Customer must sign off before proceeding to production.
  4. In/out water connection service is not included.
  5. On-site modification service (e.g. to avoid a pipe) is not available.
  6. Wiring of lighting fixture will be provided if an independent 13A power socket is available.
  7. Delivery and on-site installation service should be arranged on the same day.
  8. All dimensions are in millimetres (mm). For orders with customized dimensions, the customer should provide measurements in mm (numbers in any other unit are not accepted).
  9. Delivery service is HK$250/time (maximum 6 items each time; additional HK$100 per item thereafter). For orders totaling HK$3,000 or more, first-time delivery will be waived.
  10. No delivery costs will be incurred if the goods are picked up from one of our designated locations.
  11. (a) Assembly: assembly service is included; (b) Installation: On-site service charge is HK$500 per order. For Bathroom Cabinet purchases over HK$4,000, installation charge will be waived.
  12. Trash removal service, if needed, will be charged separately (minimum HK$800).
  13. Delivery time is approximately 15 working days. Should the measurements be out of the standard range, allow extra order time of 10 working days.

  1. All goods should be delivered to the customer within 30 days after completion.
  2. All goods would be delivered to the living area of the delivery address.
  3. All goods should be delivered to the customer within 3 working days after arrival in Hong Kong. An additional storage fee (5% of total amount x number of days) will be charged from the 4th day onwards. Goods shall be stored for a maximum period of 30 days, after which the entire order will be forfeited without further notice. No refund of deposit would be granted in such case.
  4. Before placing an order, the customer should ensure the goods would fit in the delivery address and comply with all restrictions in the building. We shall not be liable for installation failure due to restraint of any kind at the delivery address.
  5. Upon the time of purchase, customer should indicate whether the goods would arrive at delivery address assembled or not.
  6. Should we be required to dissemble and re-assemble the goods at the delivery address due to building restrictions, an additional service charge (30% of product price) will apply.
  7. For any building with main entrance not accessible by our delivery truck (5.5 ton or above), an additional fee will be charged on hand truck delivery: First 70 m waived. After that, (flat) HK$400 per 70 m or (slope) HK$900 per 70 m. Charges for special circumstances are to be quoted separately.
  8. For any building without a lift or only accessible by stairs, an additional delivery fee of HK$150/floor per item will be charged. Every 8 steps would be considered one floor.
  9. A surcharge of HK$400 is required for any address in Tung Chung or Ma Wan. Charges for outlying islands or remote region are to be quoted separately.
  10. No refund of delivery fee will be granted if a delivery failure is the result of an unattended delivery address upon the arrival of goods. Should delivery be rescheduled in such circumstance, additional delivery fee will be charged.
  11. Upon the receipt of goods, the customer should check their condition and quantity. Once a receipt document is signed, German Pool shall no longer be held liable for the goods.
  12. During delivery and installation, the customer should take good care of and protect the furniture, flooring, ceiling, walls, decoration and other belongings at the delivery address. We are not responsible or liable for any damage or loss.
  13. All spending-based offers and waivers are subject to the final total amount after discount(s).
  14. German Pool reserves the final right to interpret the terms and conditions herein.
  15. In the event of conflict between the English and Chinese versions, the Chinese version shall prevail.
