Drumsticks in Sweet Lemon Sauce
Marinate chicken. Coat evenly with corn starch. Brush or spray on oil. Place on High Rack inside Halogen Cooking Pot. Cook at 200-205°C for 10 min. Turn over and cook for another 5 min.
While chicken is cooking, bring lime juice and soda to a boil. Sift in custard powder. Stir well. Run the sauce through a strainer for a smooth consistency.
Dish up chicken. Pour sweet lemon sauce on top and serve.
