Salt & Pepper
Remove the tendons from pork chops. Roll out one piece of plastic wrap, place a pork chop on top and cover with another plastic wrap. Pound with meat tenderizer until really thin.
Remove plastic wrap and season with salt and pepper. Put cheese and ham on top of pork chops and roll up tightly.
Coat pork chops, with flour, beaten eggs and breadcrumbs.
Pour oil into 8-in-1 Deep Fry Cooker. Select “Deep Fry” mode. Press “Start”. Deep fry pork chops in hot oil until golden brown.
