Longan & Chinese Wolfberry Soup
Rinse and scald the pork shin. Set aside. Rinse the other ingredients.
Bring water to the boil. Put all ingredients into Healthy Slow Cooker. Cook over high heat for 20 min.
Reduce to low heat and cook for 1-2 hrs. Season with salt and serve.
