Chicken Soup with Walnut & Coconut
Clean and remove internal organs from chicken. Rinse and cut into halves. Scald in boiling water. Set aside.
Rinse coconut and cut into small pieces. Remove walnut shells.
Bring water to boil. Put boiling water, chicken and coconut into Healthy Slow Cooker. Cook over high speed for 30 min.
Reduce to low speed and cook for another 2 hours. Season with salt and serve.
