Sweet Potato Doughnuts
Steam sweet potato with Jet Steamer for half and hour. Let cool and remove peel. Then mash into paste form.
Add corn starch, bread flour, soda powder and sugar. Then knead. Divide dough into small, equal portions and roll them into balls.
Preheat oil in the Deep Fry Cooker. Set to "Deep Fry" mode and adjust temperature to 220℃.
Put doughnuts inside Fry Basket. While deep-frying, press doughnuts with a spatula for about 4-5 times.
