Chicken Skewers with Homemade Satay Sauce

Peel and toast peanuts. Put all satay sauce ingredients in Professional High-speed Food Processor and beat with "Sauce" function to make the satay sauce.
Rinse chicken thigh and drain. Marinate with half of the satay sauce for 15 minutes.
Cut chicken thigh into small pieces and skewer with bamboo sticks. Place in the low rack inside Multi-purpose Halogen Cooking Pot. Bake for 10 minutes at 250℃-260˚C, or until they turn golden brown. Serve.
