Mixed Korean chili pepper paste, broad bean paste, sesame oil, ketchup, crushed garlic, maltose and peanut butter as the sauce.
Marinade the chicken for 30 mins with egg white, corn flour, Korean Paprika, salt, pepper, pepper and Korean chili pepper paste.
Cover the chicken with corn flour.
Pre-heat the oil with Health Cooker, then deep-fry the chicken.
