Honey Milk Scones
Seize flour, baking powder & salt together.
Mix sugar & honey in a bowl. Fold in butter cubes as well as the seized flour mix. Rub mixture into crumbs with fingers.
Add milk to form a dough. Then put it in a zipper wraps and refrigerate for about 10 min.
Grease baking pan. Using 2 spoons, shape dough into desired size and form.
Bake dough at 180°C for 10 min using High Rack. Adjust to 170°C and brown scones for another 15 min.
Apply a thin layer of honey on top of scones. Place scones into Halogen Pot and heat them with remaining heat for about 1 min.
