Baked Potato Skins
Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Fillings of Preference (e.g. ham, bacon, chicken)
Boil potato for about 15 min. Cut in half lengthwise, leaving skins on. Scoop out potatoes. Reserve pulp for other use.
Mix olive oil and salt, brush on potato skins evenly.
Bake potato skins in Halogen Cooking Pot at 180°C for 10 min, allow to cool.
Mix dried onion, red onion, cheddar cheese and sour cream in a bowl.
Cut potato skins in half, spread evenly with the creamy mixture.
Top with cheese, bake until crisp.
Sprinkle chopped parsley on top and serve.
