French Oyster Bisque
Blanch the Hiroshima oysters.
Saute the onions with butter in a saucepan. Then, toss in carrots and celery. Stir fry for a while.
Put in the Hiroshima oysters and flour. Stir and knead the flour. After that, add milk, white wine and cream. Stir well.
Put in salt, black pepper, brown sugar and a small amount of water. Bring the soup to a boil. Pour the soup into the Professional High Speed Food Processor and blend for 1 minute using the "Bisque" function.
