High Gluten Flour
Mix water, sugar, yeast and olive oil together and set aside for 5 minutes until starting to bubble.
Put bread flour and salt into Food Processor. Select “Dough”function. Slowly add yeast mixture while blending.
Select “Dough” function and blend twice.
Place the dough into a lightly oiled bowl. Cover with a plastic wrap and let sit for 30 minutes until doubled in size.
Divide the dough into three 6-inch-diameter pieces (~1/8 inch thick). Roll out.
Spread tomato sauce over the pizza dough and add toppings. Bake at 250℃ for 13 to 15 minutes or until golden and crisp.
