Turnip (shredded) 2catty
Rice Flour 300g
Chinese Sausage (diced) 2pc
Dried Scallop (shredded) 3-4 pc
Dried Shrimp (soaked) 20g
Cooking oil 3tbsp
Pepper to taste
Press any button on the Ultimate Rice Cooker to heat up cooking oil (keep lid open). Stir-fry Chinese sausages, dried shrimps and dried scallops; put aside for later use.
Cook turnip with some salt in the Cooker until it turns soft.
Add ingredients from Step 1 into cooked turnip; then slowly mix in rice flour.
A pply a layer of oil in the inner pot and then pour in the mixture. Close Cooker lid and set cook time to 20 min.
When the interior pressure is fully released, open lid and serve turnip cake.
