Chicken Feet & Chestnut Soup
Chinese Black Mushrooms
Chestnuts and mushrooms washed; red dates soaked with warm water; chicken feet chopped into pieces (toe ends removed); ginger peeled and sliced。
Boil all ingredients, chicken stock, cooking wine and water into glass pot of the Slow Cooker for 3 hours at high speed.
Add salt and pepper. Boil for another 5 min and then serve.
