Grilled Chicken with Herbs

Herbs (Rosemary, thyme)
Rinse and drain the chicken. Cut in half and lay flat.
Grind the herbs with the Professional High Speed Food Processor.
Mix the butter with herbs. Rub the mixture all over the chicken (between the skin and the meat).
Place the potatoes, garlic and onions at the bottom of the Halogen Cooking Pot. Put the chicken onto the high rack with its chest facing upwards. Grill at 180℃ for 13 minutes. After that, turn the chicken over and grill for another 13 minutes. Serve.
