Abalones in Thai Sauces

Thai Spices (Basils, lemongrass, galangal, limes, cone peppers)
Saute the Thai spices until fragrant. Add chicken stock, pickle sauce and fish sauce. Bring it to a boil. After that, cool it down with iced water.
Steam the abalones with shells for 6-8 minutes in the 2-in-1 Steam Oven. Remove the shells, make a few cuts on the meat and remove the organs.
Put the abalones and the cooled sauce into a bottle. Chill in the fridge.
Take the bottle out of the fridge and serve.
