Pita Bread with Chickpeas and Aubergine Sauce
White sesame seeds
Place aubergines directly under the heating elements of Korean Barbeque Grill. Grill until the peels are burnt. After that, remove the burnt peels.
Heat up coriander seeds, cumins and white sesame seeds on the flat circular grill pan of the Korean Barbeque Grill. Put them into the Tornado Series Professional High Speed Food Processor and blend into powder.
Put chickpeas, aubergines, Greek yogurt, seasonings and the powder in (2) into the Food Processor. Blend for 1-2 minutes to create a paste.
Heat up pita bread on the Korean Barbeque Grill.
Serve pita bread with the aubergine sauce in (3).
