Chicken Kebab with Yogurt
Chop chicken thighs into pieces and marinate. Cut sweet peppers into triangular shapes.
Skewer chicken pieces and sweet peppers. Place them onto the combo rack of the Halogen Cooking Pot and grill for 10-15 minutes at 250C.
Maria's Tips: Greek yogurt, thicker than ordinary yogurt, makes the chicken more tender and improves its texture.
