Sweet and bitter apricot kernels
Rinse Jiashi melon. Remove peels and seeds. Rinse and briefly soak sweet and bitter apricot kernels in water. Blanch partridge and lean pork with ginger and Shaoxing wine.
Boil water with the Auto-Power Switch Multifunctional Health Cooker. Put in sweet and bitter apricot kernels, lean pork, partridge and dried persimmons and cook for 1.5 to 2 hours.
Put in Jiashi melon in the last 30 minutes. Season with salt.
