Kudzu & Lentil Soup
Wash all the ingredients. Scald spare rib. Peel kudzu and cut into large pieces. Soak tangerine peel in water until soft.
Add hot boiled water and all ingredients into Healthy Slow Cooker. Cook for 1 hour with high heat, and then cook for 5 hours with low heat.
Season to taste with salt and serve.
