Portugese Seafood Rice with Spanish Sausages
Rinse and soak the rice. Butterfly shrimps.
Saute shrimps in a frying pan and season with salt. Leave aside.
Saute Spanish sausages in a saucepan. Add rice and keep frying.
Put in dried tomatoes, tomato paste, fresh tomatoes, water and stock. Cook until boiled.
Saute mussels and squids with Shaoxing wine. Add them into the cooked rice. Done.
